Patricia Talley

Patricia Ann Talley is an international business professional with over 40 years of experience in entrepreneurial consulting, teaching, and sustainable economic development. She holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing Planning from the University of Michigan, where she was a Whitney Young, Jr. Fellow, and a BS in Financial Investments and Management from California State University, Long Beach. A dual American-Mexican citizen, she spent 27 years living and working in Zihuatanejo, Guerrero, México, and now resides in Southfield, Michigan, returning to México for projects and teaching.

Her career includes serving as a vice president in commercial banking, leading marketing management in the food and beverage industries, and founding a multi-state marketing agency that consulted for major global corporations. In México, she owned a boutique hotel, three restaurants, and a vocational training school for hotel and restaurant employees, authoring eight bilingual training manuals.
